River Valley Anesthesia (RVA), formerly Anesthetists Incorporated of Wisconsin (AIW), was established in 2015. Under the leadership and clinical expertise of dedicated CRNA's, the organization evolved into River Valley Anesthesia.

RVA is a CRNA led practice serving healthcare facilities throughout Western Wisconsin and the Twin Cities. RVA has experience working in a variety of practice settings and anesthesia care models. Our clinicians practice to the full extent of their training, delivering comprehensive care throughout every stage of the perioperative period. This continuity and adaptability ensures both patients and clinicians feel informed, supported, and confident in the care plan.
We are also committed to supporting the next generation of anesthesia professionals. RVA maintains affiliations with three Twin Cities nurse anesthesia programs: Minneapolis School of Anesthesia, St. Mary’s University, and the University of Minnesota. We offer students hands-on clinical training at the participating facilities we serve.
